Qua008B - Amethyst Enhydro with Prehnite and Analcime
Miniature (5.2 x 1.6 x 1.2cm)
A clear enhydro quartz with an amethyst and smokey phantom near the termination. Three sides of the crystal are covered with additional minerals. Light green prehnite and clear lustrous analcime crystals make this a really interesting specimen. The prehnite is a light green colour, but the camera does not show this well. The analcime crystals have good clarity and lustre, the largest of which measures almost 6mm across. Just to round off a great specimen there is a neat enhydro bubble half way up the crystal.
